once they took this modem off the other persons account it started working good, but i did have issues.īut for the issue i started this thread for has seemed to go away, so i believe the other modem that one was a c3700 unit, may have got spiked when we had that power outage and that spike must have damaged something in the device.Īnd i no longer see those warning about you this site is not safe. and it took some time to get this modem going but after about 2 hours on the phone with comcast, they discovered the new to me modem was still attached to another person's account. it has been maybe now 2 weeks since i have had the c7000 modem/router installed.
